We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
• Dubai & Sharjah: 1–3 business days
• Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, you will receive it after your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-delivered.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or has provided incorrect information, we may contact you to arrange another delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us so we can review your request in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
